Mr. Lucero was a Husband, Father, Uncle, Brother, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He joined the Military at a very young age and made a career out of it. Having enlisted in the Army, Navy and Marines he proudly retired from the Navy with a total combined 33 years of Service. He met the love of his life Maria Lidia Lucero, married her and had 5 children. After his military retirement he and his family settled back in El Paso, Texas. College was always something that he wanted to do so he enlisted at EPCC in his 50’s and earned his Associated Degree. His hobbies that he did throughout his lifetime included electronics, simple welding and photography. But most of all he loved to travel and loved his casino time.
