Our beloved Concepcion Telles of El Paso, Texas, passed on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.  She was 92 years old and had a beautiful life – one defined by love, laughter, resilience and generosity. She showed up for her family in ways big and small, and had a gift for making people feel welcome. She loved deeply, and was a very strong women.  Our mother will be fondly remembered for her love of music, dancing, and shopping with her daughters! She also cooked many meals for family on birthdays, holidays and any occasion, just because.
  She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Valentine Telles, parents, Guadalupe and Canuto Bustamante; her brothers, Luis Bustamante, Antonio Bustamante and Carlos Bustamante.  She is survived by her 9 children, Valentine Telles Jr., Lily (Bobby) Hernandez, Gilbert (Margie) Telles, Helen (Rick) Garcia, Eddie (Olga) Telles, Michael (Lucy) Telles, Tony (Liz) Telles, Debbie Ramos, and Diana Gilliam.  She has a total of 25 grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great, Great, Grandchildren. She also has several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Concepcion was deeply loved. She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her elegance, her humor, and the memories that allow us to smile even through our tears. All will continue to carry her love and legacy forward. We will miss you dearly Mom!
