It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Chrisanna Montes, who left us far too soon to join our Lord in Heaven, on August 28,2025 at the age of 29. 

Chrisanna was a beautiful, spontaneous, and a vibrant young woman who filled every room with her energy and laughter. Her free spirit and love of life left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She leaves behind her greatest pride and joy, her children Angelique Escarcega, her twins, Brayden and Isabella Santa Lucia. Her love for them was boundless, and her memory will continue to live on through their smiles, their dreams, and the love she instilled in them.

She is survived by her parents, Astrid Montes-Telles, her father J

ulio Montes, her children, sisters Alejandra and Briana Montes, her loving Grandparents Tom and Barbara Telles, and to treasure her memory during her final years, her loving and caring grandparents Ernie and Aida Munoz, as well as extended family and friends who will miss her deeply.

Though her time with us was far too short, Chrisanna was surrounded by her family, friends and the professional medical staff that treated her with unconditional love and compassion at Las Palmas Medical Center ICU. Chrisanna’s spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

The celebration of her life will be held on Thursday September 4, 2025 with visitation starting at 4:00pm followed by the Eulogy and Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at San Jose Funeral home located at 11950 Pellicano. Mass Service will be held on September 5,2025 at 10:00am at Guardian Angel Church located at 3021 Frutas Ave. followed by the right of committal at Evergreen Cemetery East at 11:30am where Chrisanna will have her final resting place.
