We are sad to announce the passing of our dearly beloved Gloria Zamora Garcia of El Paso, Texas. She died at the age of 60 years on January 29, 2024. Gloria passed away surrounded by loved ones after a long illness. She graduated from Ysleta High School. Gloria enjoyed baking, cooking and hosting for family gatherings. She also loved to travel and exercise. She is preceded in death by her parents Gilberto S. Zamora Sr. and Margarita G. Zamora and her brother Miguel Zamora. She is survived by her siblings: Margaret Zamora, Gilberto Zamora Jr., Jose Apodaca Zamora, Soledad Zamora, and Esmeralda Zamora. She is also survived by two granddaughters Giselle A. Jurado and Leila; as well as her ex-husband Rodolfo Garcia who was by her side and supported her till the very end of her life.



Visitation for Gloria will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at San Jose Funeral Home, 10950 Pellicano Dr, El Paso, Texas 79935. There will be a private visitation for family from 3:00PM – 4:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Chapel service will be held at 9:30 AM at San Jose Funeral Home, 10950 Pellicano Dr, El Paso, Texas. Interment will follow at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana Ave., El Paso, Texas 79938.
