Guillermo Hernandez, beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, friend passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025. He was born on September 21, 1952, and grew up with six siblings: two sisters, Mercedes and Ana Maria and four brothers, Ricardo, Jesus Manuel, Miguel Ángel, and Oscar.

A man of strong character and deep sensitivity, Guillermo “Willie” helped start the Tool and Die company and took pride in his work. He was passionate about his family, and the simple joys of life—spending time outdoors, working on classic cars with his father and the rest of his brothers’ or relaxing in nature. He loved baseball and basketball as a child, was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, and had a lifelong passion for boxing. Music, especially oldies, always filled his home and heart.

Willie is survived by his daughters, Karina Ortega and Valerie Lizette Hernandez, and cherished grandchildren, who brought him immense joy. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings, daughters, nieces, nephews, and countless friends whose lives he touched.

His family remembers him not only for his strength and determination but also for his generosity, and unwavering love. Willie’s legacy of love and devotion will live on in all who knew him.
