Guillermo is preceded in death by his parents Jose and of 61 years Juanita Zubia, and Martha De La Cruz. He is survived by his loving spouse Irene Zubia of 61 years; children Monica Zubia, Alejandro Zubia (Virginia), Fernando Zubia (Cindi). Cecilia (Sean) Herzig, Guillermo Zubia (Berenice) and Adrian Zubia (Annabelle); 18 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and brother Jose R. Zubia (Anna).
