Jesus C. Gomez

Jesus C. Gomez, age 78, of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on January 29, 1947, Jesus spent most of his life in El Paso, where he was known for his strength and deep devotion to his family.

Jesus proudly served his country as a Vietnam War Veteran, a role he held with honor and pride throughout his life. His dedication and courage were matched only by the love and commitment he gave to his family every day as devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years of marriage, Carmen Gomez; his two sons, Jesus A. Gomez and Paul Gomez; and were blessed with four grandchildren: Kimberly A. Gomez, Amber M. Gomez, Ashley M. Gomez, and Gabriel K. Gomez. Jesus’s legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the stories he shared, and the countless lives he touched.

Jesus will be remembered for his quiet strength, unwavering love, and honorable service. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Funeral Services: Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM at San Jose Chapel.

Cemetery: Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Ft Bliss National Cemetery
