It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jorge Basurto, 63, who was called home to be with our Lord on May 18, 2024. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather, and his absence leaves a void in the lives of all who knew him. He was a proud graduate of Bowie High School and loved his Dallas Cowboys. While our hearts ache with his loss, we find solace in the beautiful memories he leaves behind. His legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
