Longtime resident of El Paso, TX, Jose Felipe Salcedo 72 passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Jose was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by his loving wife Hortencia de Salcedo; sons, Felipe Salcedo, Marcos Salcedo and Jose Alberto Salcedo; brothers, Francisco Salcedo and Simon Salcedo; sisters, Lourdes Mosley, Guadalupe Nuñez, Graciela Allen, Celia Treviño and Raquel Quntez.
