Leticia Valdez born on 6/30/1965 in Fort Riley, Kansas to Raul Alarcon Jr. and Eva De La Rosa. She moved to El Paso, Texas as a child and lived here ever since. She was a proud graduate of Bel Air High School and retired from the City of El Paso. She is known and will be remembered for her big smile and beautiful heart. She is survived by her daughter Crystal Valdez and grandchildren Sarah Alarcon, Destiny Alarcon, Fernando Molinar, Nathaniel Morfin and Matthew Morfin. She is preceded in death by her parents Raul Jr. and Eva Alarcon and son Matthew Alarcon. Services will be held on January 18, 2026 from 3p-7p with the rosary at 6p at San Jose Funeral Home 10950 Pelicano Dr. Mass will be held on January 19, 2026 at San Antonio De Padua on 503 Hunter at 12:30p followed by her last ride to Restlawn memorial cemetery on 8700 Dyer.
