In Loving Memory of Our Beautiful Patricia “Momma Pat” Milam

October 17, 2026

With broken hearts, but unwavering faith in our Risen Lord, we announce the peaceful passing of our beautiful Momma Pat, who was called home to the Lord on Saturday, October 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband, siblings, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

To know Momma Pat was to know unconditional love.

Her doors were always open to anyone, at any time. No matter who you were or what you needed, there was always room for you in her home and in her heart. She was the kind of woman who would give her very last dollar to make sure her family had everything they needed, even if it meant going without herself.

Her greatest joy was her family, and her greatest gift was the love she so selflessly poured into everyone around her. What a beautiful legacy she leaves behind!

Momma Pat is lovingly remembered by her husband, Oscar Cisneros, and reunited in eternal rest with her beloved mother, Emma Ponce.

She leaves behind her cherished siblings: Lalo Ponce, Fernie Ponce, Andy Ponce, Johnny Ponce, Charlie and Maria Ponce (spouse), Jose Luis Ponce, Irma Ponce, Cesar and Thelma Ponce (spouse), and Melissa Ponce and Victor Terrazas (Spouse).

Her beautiful family includes her children and their spouses: Emma Ponce Ureno and her late husband, +José Luis Ureno (spouse), Thomas Ponce and Mayra Arellanes (spouse), Lorena Ponce and Freddy Bustos (spouse), James Milam and Tina Edwards-Milam (spouse), Alfred Milam and his late wife, +Melissa Martinez Milam (spouse), Jessica Milam and Charlie Fraire Jr. (spouse), Alfred Milam Jr. and Níyah Taǰae Robinson (spouse), Amber Milam and Lianna Navarro (spouse).

Her extraordinary legacy continues lovingly through 31 grandchildren and 76 great-grandchildren, each carrying a piece of her beautiful heart.

Until We Meet Again, Momma Pat!

Oh, how terribly we will miss her! Her open doors, her giving heart, her love, and simply knowing she was always there. Our hearts are shattered, but we find comfort in knowing that the love she gave so freely will live on for generations.

We hold tightly to our faith in the Risen Lord and His beautiful promise that this goodbye is not forever. One glorious day, God willing, we will be reunited where there are no more tears, no more suffering, and no more goodbyes.

Rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus, our beautiful Momma Pat. Thank you for loving us the way you did. You will be loved, cherished, and missed beyond words.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in eternal peace. - Amen
