In tribute to the life and legacy of Raymond D. Hooper Jr.
who passed away on November 27, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Imelda Lozano Hooper, devoted daughter, Sara Elena Hooper, and adoring grandchildren, Rigoberto, Vincent, and Genesis Galindo. Mr. Hooper had a distinguished career, retiring from the Army after serving in the Vietnam War and later retiring from the El Paso Independent School District. He dedicated his life to his family, ensuring their well-being and care. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the funeral and burial, where we welcome the sharing of cherished memories of Mr. Hooper, whose lasting impact will be deeply felt and remembered forever
