Rodolfo (Rudy) Carillo, 62, was called home by our Lord on May 13th, 2024. He was born on December 16th, 1961 in Cuidad Juarz, Chihuahua. He grew up in El Paso, TX and attended Ysleta High School until the 10th grade. He was a handy man and jack of all trades. His true passion was working on cars. He often had a few cars at home to work on for friends and family. He was generous, caring, always willing to lend a helping hand and always quick to give nicknames. He loved to watch football and make fun of cowboy fans when the team lost. Everyone joked he was secretly a cowboy’s fan at heart. His team was the Washington Commanders formally the Redskins. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was full of stories and advice that will be missed, along with his contagious smile. He is preceded in death by his parents, Atanacio and Soledad Carrillo, and his brother Jaime Carillo. He is survived by his sisters: Olga Patricia Carillo (Daniel Sanchez), Luz Herlinda Carillo, Alma Rosa Duran (Jesus), and brother Ignacio Carillo (Patricia). Along with four nephews, five nieces, and many great nephews and nieces. His services are entrusted to San Jose Funeral home on 10950 Pelican, El Paso, TX 79935.
