Saul Duenas, 41, of El Paso, Texas, passed away leaving behind a legacy of dedication, strength, and love.

Born and raised in El Paso to Victor E. Duenas and Librada Duenas, Saul lived a life defined by service and discipline. He proudly served as a U.S. Marshal for 16 years, a career in which he took great honor and pride.

Saul shared his life with his beloved wife, Grissel Castaneda. He found joy in staying active through working out and running, traveling to new places, reading, and relaxing while watching cooking shows. He cherished his quiet moments, especially those spent with his loyal companion, his dog Marley.

Though a man of few words, Saul’s presence was deeply felt, and his resilience and discipline left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

He is survived by his father, Victor E. Duenas; his mother, Librada Duenas; his sister, Melissa Duenas; his brothers, Victor Duenas and Julio Duenas; and his wife, Grissel Castaneda.

Saul will be remembered with love, admiration, and respect by his family, friends, and all who had the honor of knowing him.
