Theodore (Teddy) R. Hill, 83 years old was called home to our Lord and passed away peacefully on June 6, 2025.
He was born on October 6, 1941, in Los Angeles, California
He was raised in El Paso, Texas and spent some time in Tularosa NM with his grandmother.
He graduated from El Paso Technical High School in 1951. While in High School he loved playing football and baseball.
He attended Sol Ross University in Alpine, TX, afterward he joined the U.S. Airforce and then was Hired with the Department of Treasury in Washington D.C. as a Special Agent in Charge, he traveled extensively as his job required.
Retired from the Department of Treasury after 35 years of service with high honors. Upon retiring from there he became a Fiduciary for the Veterans in Florida.
He also enjoyed golfing with his friends.
Teddy was predeceased by his loving parents Edward and Narcissa Chad and his sister Markita and her husband Joseph Boetto, Nephew Joey Boetto and survived by Spouse Irma Ochoa Hill, Brother Lewis (Cookie) Hill, daughters Gigi Louis (Bryant) and Jaclin Hicks (Paul). Grandchildren Dru Hicks, Nicholas Hicks, Nephews Maurice Boetto, and Barry (Becky) Boetto.
A celebration of life will be held at San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr. on June 22nd at 4 PM and laid to rest at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery June 23rd at 10 AM.
