Amalia Ardmendariz Briones Born February 11, 1929 to Anastacio and Maria Esther Ardmendariz. She was born the 3rd of 5 children. All of her siblings preceded her in death. She loved her younger years in Satevo and moved to Juarez when she was about 10 years old. Her family immigrated to the United States in 1948. She resided in El Paso, Texas the remainder of her life. She is the mother of 9 children: Carmen (Wayne) Boring- 7 Children, 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Juan (Ida) Briones- 3 Children and 3 grandchildren. Tony (Chayo) Briones- 3 Children and 4 grandchildren. Helen (Jose) Molina- 2 Children and 2 grandchildren. Virginia (Dan) Gilland- 1 Child and 1 grandchild. Alicia Briones-1 Child and 2 grandchildren. Cecilia (Michael) Schnabel- 2 Children Christy Briones- 1 Child and 2 grandchildren. Wisi Briones- 1 Child Our grandma, a woman of strong love, silent wisdom, unspoken intelligence, and endless patience, leaves behind a large legacy of LOUD strength that will guide all of us forever.
