Patricia Hernandez, age 70, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025, surrounded by her three beloved children. Born in Delicias, Mexico, on October 8, 1949, Patricia immigrated to the United States at the young age of 18, where she built a life centered on love, family, and faith.

A devoted mother, Patricia dedicated herself fully to raising her children — Eduardo Alonso Padilla, Carlos Alberto Padilla, and Valerie Lizette Hernandez — while also working and maintaining a warm, welcoming home. Her house was more than a place to live; it was a sanctuary, a place of comfort not only for her children but also for her grandson, whom she helped raise with unwavering love.

Patricia was a woman of deep faith. She began each day in prayer, lifting up her children and their families to God. She was a faithful churchgoer, attending services every Sunday and forming strong bonds within her church community. She especially enjoyed gathering with her church friends at dinner parties, where her joyful spirit and generosity always shone through.

She was known for her talent in the kitchen, her nurturing presence, and the loyal friendship she offered to those close to her. Patricia’s legacy of love, faith, and dedication lives on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her cherished friends from church, whom she considered family.

Family and friends are invited to attend her services. Attendees are welcome to bring eulogies and photos that celebrate and reflect their special connection with Patricia throughout her life.

 Please join us to celebrate Patricia's life on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., El Paso, TX 79935. Funeral mass will be Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church, 12200 Vista Del Sol DR, El Paso, TX. 7993
