Concepcion C. Medrano passed away on July 26, 2025 in El Paso, Texas. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Gomez and her two sons Edmundo Medrano, Jr. and Armando Medrano. Services will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at San Jose Funeral Home East from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary to begin at 6:00 pm. The funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church at 7712 S. Rosedale St., El Paso, TX 79915. Interment will follow mass at Mount Carmel Cemetery at 12:00 pm.
