David Earl Wiggins Jr. was born August 17, to the late David Earl Wiggins Sr. and his loving mother, Mrs. Bobbie L. Wiggins.

David was a member of Visitors Chapel AME Church, El Paso, Texas.

David won several Culture Awards, he attended Community College of El Paso, TX. David retired as a dispatcher for UTEP University Police Department of El Paso, TX.

David was well loved and leaves to cherish and celebrate his memories and loving ways with his mother, Mrs. Bobbie L. Wiggins and NOT to be forgotten a host of relatives and many friends.

Visitation to be held Monday, May 12, 2025, at San Jose Funeral Home Central located at 601 S. Virginia St. from 11 AM to 1 PM. 

Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery East, located at 12400 Montana Ave at 1:30 PM.
