Gloria Jacques Acosta

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, who passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026. Born on November 20, 1952, she devoted her life to her family and to caring for others. For many years, she worked as a home health provider, continuing until illness in June of this year, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Acosta; her infant daughter, Delilah; her mother, Maria Socorro Perez; and her brother, Gilbert Johnson. She is survived by her twin daughters, Annette Solis and Jeanette Badillo; her sons, Anthony Acosta and Asia Jade Torres; 21 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, George Jacquez, Guy Jacquez, Robert Jacquez, Joe Johnson, Alfonso Johnson, Raymond Johnson, Alice Johnson, and Ronald Johnson.

May she rest peacefully, reunited with her loved ones and surrounded by the everlasting love she gave throughout her life.

Rosary at 12:00 p.m.
