In Loving Memory...
Gustavo Crose
Gustavo Crose, 94, of El Paso, Texas passed away peacefully on August 25th, 2026 surrounded by family and loved ones.
Born on May 5th, 1932 in Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Gustavo lived a life defined by family, hard work, faith, and love for animals. He spent his life working as a bus driver in his earlier years, and went on to do concrete work. He was known for being a hard worker.
To those who knew him, Gustavo was truly one of a kind. He was a man who loved his family deeply. He had a particular love for boxing, horse races, dressing like a cowboy, and caring for animals. He was funny, outspoken, and, as anyone who knew him would agree, stubborn. He always seemed to have something negative to say about something, but that was simply part of who he was, and his family loved him for it. These are the little things that made him unforgettable.
Above all, Gustavo was devoted to his family. He cherished his two children, 5 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. His presence brought laughter, strength, and love to those around him, and he leaves behind countless memories that will be treasured for generations.
He is survived by Maria Luna, Martin Crose, Ivan Luna, Isaac Luna, Israel Luna, America Luna, Alyssa Crose, Kimberly Luna, Isaac Luna, Manuel Marquez, Jeter Luna, Eric Marquez, Derek Luna, Lidia Luna, Dilan Luna, Jaciel Luna, Santiago Luna, Alexa Luna, Kaleb Luna, and Ismael Crosse, and many other beloved family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by Lidia Crose and Alexandra Marquez
Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on through the people he loved, the stories we share, and the pieces of him that remain in each of us.
