Jose Trinidad Alvarez

Jose Trinidad Alvarez, also known lovingly to family and friends as Joe or Chito, passed away peacefully in the hospital of natural causes on January 19,  2026. He was born to Trinidad and Maria S. Alvarez on November 25, 1956 in El Paso, Texas, a city he called home his entire life. Joe enjoyed riding his motorcycle, but what he loved most was spending time with his grandchildren which were his happiest moments. Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit lives on in the memories we share and the love he gave so freely. He is preceded in death by his parents, Trinidad and Maria Alvarez, and his son Joey Alvarez. He is survived by his siblings Jose (Margarita), Lucy (+Oscar), Adela, Mary, Tencha (Robert), Manny (Becky), and Robert (Mary). Survived also by his children Kristopher (Priscilla) and Roxanne (Andy) and his 10 g randchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
