In Loving Memory of our
Beloved
Juan Manuel Ibarra
Juan Manuel Ibarra, 81, passed away on May 9, 2026. He was a man of God whose faith carried him through every season of his life. His devotion to the Lord was steady and unwavering, and he found strength, comfort, and joy in reading his Bible, preaching the word of God, and living out his beliefs.Juan was known for his fiery spirit, strong will, and deep love for his family. He was a proud father and grandfather whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. In his later years, he found special joy and purpose in his relationship with his grandson, Julian, age 9, to whom he devoted much of his time, attention, and love.He also had a joyful side that those closest to him will always remember. Juan loved to sing, and his voice often filled the home with warmth and personality, reflecting the life he lived fully and unapologetically. Few things brought him as much pleasure as watching his beloved New York Yankees play, always calling out plays they should have done and giving every player a nickname.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Maria de Jesus, who passed away in 2010. Their love story began when they were 12 years oldand had been married since they were 16 years old, building a life together rooted in enduring love and commitment to each other and the Lord.
Juan’s legacy lives on through his children, Juan, Sergio and wife Diane, Carlos, and Jessica and husband Joe Anthony; his grandchildren, Derick, Jonathon, Andrea, Michael, Jordan, Isabella, and Julian; his great-grandchildren, Christian, James, and Charlotte, and all who were blessed to know him. His faith, strength, and love will continue to guide his family, even in his absence.
