In Loving Memory of Virginia Striplin

Virginia Striplin was born on November 17, 1972, at Tigua General Hospital in El Paso, Texas, to Angelica Striplin and Robert Striplin. She was the beloved middle child of her family.

Virginia graduated from Jefferson High School and went on to continue her education at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Her passion for teaching became her life’s work.

For 27 years, Virginia dedicated herself to shaping young minds as a pre-K4 teacher at O’Shea Keleher Elementary. She was a loving and devoted educator who touched countless lives with her patience, kindness, and gentle spirit.

Above all, Virginia was a proud and loving mother to her daughters, Geena, Gianna, and Genah. She was also a cherished grandmother to Adalynn and Landon Arellano, who brought immense joy to her life.

Virginia will be deeply missed for her loving, caring, and kind soul. Though she is no longer with us, she lives on in our hearts and in the many lives she touched throughout her 

Visitation for Virginia will be Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with prayer service at 6:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral HOme-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., 79935 (915) 590-8700.
