Alma Irene Garcia 67 years old passed away on April 9th, 2024. She was born on March 12th 1957 in El Paso, TX raised in Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua where she started her education and continued at UTEP where she obtained her master's degree. She loved nature and camping in Ruidoso.

She was preceded in death by two of her older brothers.

Alma left her 3 sons, 4 grand-children,1 grand-daughter and 7 siblings.
