John Garcia

John Garcia, passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 57. Born on August 25, 1968, in Alpine, Texas, John was raised with the strong values of his parents, David and Manuela Garcia.

For over 30 years, John dedicated himself to the oilfields of West Texas, starting at just 18 years old. While the oilfields were his profession, his heart belonged to the open road. What began as a personal passion when he purchased his first Harley-Davidson evolved into a lifelong craft. A self-taught mechanic, John’s garage experiments grew into Red Mile Motorcycle Customs, a testament to his skill and reputation. He was never happier than when he was on a long, fast ride to Big Bend, Tombstone, or anywhere in between, chasing the horizon alongside the close friends who shared his passion for the road.

John is preceded in death by his sister, Roberta Lopez, and his parents, David and Manuela. His legacy lives on through his wife, Erica Garcia, and his children.
