Maria Magdalena Quesada

Maria Magdalena Quesada, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026, at the age of 75, surrounded by her loving and supportive family.

Maria was born on December 14, 1950, in El Paso, Texas, to Tomas and Enriqueta Holguin. She was raised in the Baraca neighborhood, where she formed lifelong connections, and later graduated from “Ysleta High School”.

Maria dedicated many years of her life to working at K-Mart #7347, where her coworkers became much more than colleagues—they became family. She was known for her strong work ethic, honesty, and the care she showed to those around her.

She is survived by her loving children, Vanessa and Paul Quesada; her mother, Enriqueta Holguin; her cherished grandchildren, Jack and Noah; her son-in-law, Gabriel De La Cruz; and her siblings: Ricardo Holguin, Tomas Holguin Jr., Lily Espino, Juan Holguin, Nancy Martinez, and Christina Magallanes.

Maria will be remembered for her strength, devotion to her family, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.
