Concepcion "Connie" Anchondo, nee Maria Concepcion Vasquez, entered into eternal rest on February 4, 2024, at the age of 80 in her hometown of El Paso, TX. Born on December 8, 1943, she lived a life characterized by devotion to her family, faith, and community.

A woman of deep faith and traditional values, Connie was a pillar in her family, offering unwavering support and love. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as knitting and baking, which she used as ways to express her love and care for those around her. Her baked goods, especially during the holidays, were a source of comfort and celebration for her family and friends.
Connie's legacy of kindness and compassion is carried on by her surviving family members: her sister Maria Teresa Vasquez, her brother Roberto Vasquez, her sons Louie and Peter Anchondo, her cherrished thirteen grandchildren, and her beloved five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in passing by her parents Higinio and Rosalia Vasquez, her son David (Sam) Anchondo, her son's father Samuel Anchondo Sr., her sister Rosalie Vasquez Neal, and her brother Eugene Vasquez.
The arrangements for her funeral have been entrusted to San Jose Funeral Home in El Paso, TX, with details to be provided to loved ones in due course.
[The family will announce the date and time of the funeral service, which will be held to honor Connie's memory and celebrate her life.]
Connie Anchondo's memory will be cherished and kept alive through the lives of those she touched. Her presence will be deeply missed, yet the impact of her love and the memories shared will continue to provide comfort and guidance to her family and friends. May she rest in peace.

In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
