In Loving Memory of...

Norma R Trevizo

Norma Rivera Trevizo of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on

June 7, 2026, with her eldest daughter by her side. She was 81 years old.

Norma was born on January 18, 1945, in El Paso, Texas, to Ramon and Rosa Rivera. She grew up in El Paso and graduated from Ysleta High School. She later married Salvador Trevizo, and together they built a family and raised three daughters: Lorraine Warren, Leticia Trevizo, and Rosa-Linda Trevizo.

As a devoted wife and mother, Norma dedicated herself to raising her children and creating a warm and loving home. Later in life, she worked in retail for several years, where her friendly nature and welcoming personality touched the lives of many.

Norma found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved baking, gardening, and sewing, and she devoted countless hours to caring for her family. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and loved ones.

Norma was a woman of remarkable strength, compassion, and humor. She had a gift for making people laugh and could always bring a smile to those around her. Her welcoming heart was filled with love for everyone she met. Along with her kindness came a spirited personality and a wonderful sense of humor. She was never afraid to speak her mind and, as those who knew her often joked, she would “kick your butt” if she needed to. Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering love made a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her passing leaves a tremendous void in our hearts. Her love, her cooking, her laughter, and her unforgettable sense of humor will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Norma is survived by her three daughters, Lorraine Warren, Leticia Trevizo, and Rosa-Linda Trevizo, as well as her seven beloved grandchildren. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will continue to honor her memory.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Norma’s life and legacy.
