Visitation: Monday, January 6, 2025, San Jose Funeral Home East- from 4:00 pm to 8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Pius Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 12 Noon with final resting place at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.

Patricia Alvarez, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother entered the Kingdom of Heaven December 24, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Manuel Camposano and Calistra Esquivel; her sister Bertha Alicia Fernandez.

She is survived by her husband Leopoldo Alvarez III, her children Leopoldo Alvarez IV, Valerie Alvarez, and Patrick Edward Alvarez, her siblings Elena Ramirez, Alejandro Espinoza, Julia Espinosa, Virgil Esquivel, and Christina Espinosa. She was the proud grandmother of Samaia Castillo, Sierra Hendricks, Victoria Alvarez Medrano, Julyya Alvarez, Andrew Alvarez, Matthew Alvarez, Angelina Alvarez, Jon Alvarez Castillo, Romeo Alvarez, Aria Alvarez and beloved great grandmother to Bella Rose Garcia, Hunter Lee Hendricks, Rose Lily Medrano, and baby Hendricks, and her support companion JoJo the Pug.

Pat was the wife of a Marine, the mother of Marines, and the grandmother of a Marine, which is to say that she was the Commanding Officer of her Marines! Always faithful to God and her family. She lived her life devoted to her family, supporting and loving them all unconditionally. Her light shone brightly on all who were touched by her. We were all truly blessed to have her in our lives, and we thank God everyday for her. Our lives were made brighter with the joy and laughter she brought to us.

Mrs. Pat’s caring soul was shown by her affection, tenderness, and affinity in caring for children. Children who always felt safe and comforted by her. 

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to her “Angels of Mercy,” Christina Espinosa and Julyya Alvarez for the loving care they provided her. They would also like to express their love and support to her caring and loving, husband, his love and unwavering support to her care was amazing to behold and a testament to their unconditional love for each other. Leo and Patsy Forever!!

In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
