Alejandra Cristina Lorenza Montes passed away on April 1,2025 at home, in her sleep. She was born on September 1,1974 in Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua to Jose Matias Montes Sr. and Maria Elvira Garcia de Montes.
She was known for her strength, resilience, and dedication to her family.
Alejandra a.k.a Alex was a loving sister, daughter, mother and grandmother that always put everyone before herself.
Immediately she began working numerous types of jobs from Whataburger, to 7/11, Crosswalk at campestre, and more recently as a Provider. It was all to support her family and help raise her two younger brothers, Juan Carlos Montes and Jose Matias Montes Jr. She was a devoted aunt to her 8 beautiful nieces and nephews, who she treated as her own and often showered them with gifts.
Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to her one and only grandson, Pablo Sebastian Moreno. Everyone knew how much she adored him, their bond was special, filled with laughter and cherished memories.
The love that Alex demonstrated is unconditional, unwavering and hard to find.
She had a vibrant personality that was reflected by her love for cooking, often indulging her family with their desired cravings and ensuring everyone felt cared for. Alejandra had a fascination for all things black and creepy-themed, which showcased her unmatched and remarkable spirit.
Alejandra had a fondness for culture that embraced a whimsical and gothic spirit like herself, including scary films and chilling collectables. Movies such as "Fast and Furious" and "Corpse Bride" are some of the many that she enjoyed. She adored listening to music from the beloved Mexican bands Mana and Los Enanitos Verdes, which always brought joy to her home.
A proud mother, she is survived by her three children: her eldest daughter, Gabriela Jovanna De La Torre; her second daughter, Karla Joanna Montes; youngest son, Cristian Raul Alejandro Martinez, and her one and only grandson;
Pablo Sebastian Moreno. We will honor her name and memory...
