A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil service at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home 10950 Pellicano Dr. El Paso Texas 79935. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation and thanks to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs El Paso VA Healthcare System, Gentiva Hospice, and Franklin Heights Nursing and Rehab Center for their caring and loving support.

Armando “Monie” Guerra, age 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 3, 2024, in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from Ysleta High School in 19­­68. He served his country in the U.S. Navy, stationed aboard the USS Constellation Aircraft Carrier. Armando had a passion for playing the guitar and working on his corvette. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. He was very kind hearted, funny and willing to lend a hand. He is preceded in death by his parents Luis and Ofelia Guerra and his brothers Saul and Luis Alonso. He is survived by his loving sisters Elvia Serna (Joe), Isela Mais, Yolanda Loar, and Alicia Garcia (Paul) and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
