Carmen Dominguez Avila

Carmen was selfless, kind hearted, sympathetic, generous, compassionate and loving. She was a woman with great courage and strength. Carmen was admired and truly loved by her family, friends and neighbors. Our mother will remain in our hearts and thoughts, and she will never be forgotten. She is survived by her daughters, Rosa E. Billingsley, Carmen Hernandez, Velia Ramos and Eva Avila and her sister Lydia Salmeron.

Visitation for Carmen will be Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., El Paso, TX, 79935 (915) 590-8700. Funeral mass will be Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
