Ernestina Trevizo

March 22, 1937 - February 23, 1925

Ernestina (Tina) was a very strong woman and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. Tina was called home on Sunday, February 23, 2025, to be with her daughter, Gloria Saenz, in the house of the Lord. She loved her pets, Bully, Dino, Gizzy and Rex. Her faith never wavered and she loved Jesus Christ whole heartedly. She is survived by her two sons Robert Aguayo and Alfredo Lara (Laura Lara), daughter Irene Cross (Stephen Cross), brother Sabino Holguin, and sister Maria Rosales; grandchildren Nannette Saenz (Tomas Acosta), Gary Saenz, Alison Marie Payne (Chris Payne), Kevin Cross, Jackie Porras and Jacob Hernandez; great grand children Thomas Acosta, Gary Saenz, Jr., Dominic Payne, Sophia Payne, and many nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to thank Robert Aguayo, who took care of her and never left her side, and Alfredo Lara, who spent every waking minute taking care of our mother during her time of need with such love, grace, and devotion. A special thanks to Cynthia Meza who came into our lives for the past 7 months when my brothers needed help caring for our mother. Our mother fell in love with Cynthia and brought out the best of Mom with joy, happiness, comfort, and friendship.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary at 1:00 p.m. San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., 79935(915) 590-8700.
