Villalobos passed away on August 13, 2024, in El Paso, Texas.  Funeral Services to be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 9 AM to 11 AM; rosary at 9 AM, mass at 10 am at Our Lady of Refuge Church, located at 1320 Mercantil Ave., Anthony, NM.
