Funeral mass Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:00 am at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church, 503 Hunter, 79915. Final resting place at 12:30 p.m.at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragosa, 79907.




Efren Macias, 87, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on November 20, 2024. He was born on July 9, 1937. Efren was preceded in death by his loving wife Irene V. Macias and his son Joaquin (Jake) Macias.

He retired and enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with family and grandchildren.

Efren is survived by his three sons, Jaime Macias, wife Bety, Carlos Macias, wife Virginia and Eduardo Macias, wife Kathy. Eight Grandchildren and many great Grandchildren.

In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
