In Loving Memory of

Sandra H. Serna, 69 passed away Friday, June 28, 2024. She was born and raised in El Paso, and was last graduating class of the “original” Bowie High School in 1973. She worked for the water company for many years before moving to civil service at Fort Bliss at the housing management office where she retired after 39 years. Sandra loved going to the movies and watching movies at home. She had a vast VHS and DVD collection. Sandra loved listening to music and would dance to her favorite songs. She is preceded in death by her son Robert Serna, Jr. and mom Teresa Armenta. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Roberto Serna, Sr.: daughter Leticia Serna; grandson Jacob Serna: two brothers and three sisters. Many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by many. Visitation will be Monday, July 8, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at San Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., 79935 (915) 590-8700.
