Our beloved father, grand-father and great-grandfather Jose Borrego went to eternal rest with our Lord Friday, March 1, 2024. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Esther Borrego, son Jose Antonio Borrego and daughter Evangelina Borrego.  Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Rosa Maria Hernandez, Blanca Kaufman, Perla Avedician and Maria Esther Padilla, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of family members and friends. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., 79935 (915) 590-8700. Interment will be at a later date.
