A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., 79935 (915) 590-8700. Interment will be at a later date.

Our beloved father, grand-father and great-grandfather Jose Borrego went to eternal rest with our Lord Friday, March 1, 2024. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Esther Borrego, son Jose Antonio Borrego and daughter Evangelina Borrego. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Rosa Maria Hernandez, Blanca Kaufman, Perla Avedician and Maria Esther Padilla, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of family members and friends. In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
