Michael (Mike) Joseph Piasecki, born 10 July 1964 in Augsburg Germany joined his father, CSM (Ret) Thomas J Piasecki Sr, in heaven on 17 September 2024. Mike, affectionately known as Pookie, graduated from Gadsden High School in 1983 and enlisted in the US Army proudly serving for 4 years as an infantryman in the 7th Infantry Division, Manchu, attaining the rank of Corporal. After his honorable discharge in 1987, Mike attended vocational school and worked for 36 years as a machinist/toolmaker most recently at Toro in El Paso, TX. Mike cherished his children and enjoyed being outdoors shooting, hunting, fishing and visiting his comrades daily at Three Pints. He is survived by his mother Wilma Piasecki, his wife, Bertha Rosa Piasecki, daughter Nicole and son’s Joseph & Arthur, brothers and sisters-in-law Thomas John Piasecki Jr and his wife Elizabeth, Robert James Piasecki and his wife Susan, William Joseph Piasecki and his wife Doreen. Grandchildren Adrian, Ulysis, Noah and Rebecca, nephews and nieces include, Nathaniel J. and Kimberly A., Lori Ann, Jessica Lynn, Krischan, Steven and Michael. Scripture service will be (TBD) at San Jose Funeral Home located at 601 Virginia, El Paso, TX., followed by internment with full military honors at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery.

In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
