Patrick "Jake" "Pisho" Ramos passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024 at the age of 54. He is preceded in death by his father, Jorge, Sr. He is survived by his two children, Sophia and Jacob, his mother, Isela, and his siblings, Jorge and Imani. Patrick graduated from Yselta High-school, where he was a member of the high school fraternity, Ottawa. He dedicated his career to restaurant service. He will be remembered as a talented poet, a goofball clown, a lover of music and man of sincerity by his family and his friends. 

Visitation will be on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, at San Jose Funeral Home,10950 Pellicano Dr., Chapel A
