Visitation will be Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East, 10950 Pellicano Dr., 79935. Funeral mass will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church, 12200 Vista Del Sol Dr, El Paso, TX 79936. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907 ,
Jesus Meraz 90, passed away December 5, 2024. Born February 2nd 1934 in Durango Mexico.
He grew up in a little pueblo in Durango. He would always tell stories of when he was growing up as a little boy from going to school sneaking away to go take swim in the river. He started working at a young age to help take care of his siblings and his mom, he then lived in Juarez where he meet the love of his life. They move to the US had a family seven kids two boys and five girls. He was a very hardworking man there was not a day in his life where he was not always out on the road or with his family, he was very helpful anytime anyone called him or needed him he was always there for them. Until his last days he was always happy. We love him dearly and will be greatly missed.

Survived by his brother, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Public visitations will be on Tuesday December 10 2024 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM they will be held at San Jose Funeral Home at 10950 Pellicano Dr. El Paso TX 79935
Funeral services will be held at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church 12200 Vista then sold drive Wednesday December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM
Cemetery will be at Mountain Carmel Cemetery Wednesday November 11th at 12:30 PM.
For Visitations please wear any Dallas Cowboy attire and then for the funeral please wear blue or white.
